Right now it is 10:50. Today is a very weird day. You have Poring rain for thirty minutes and suddenly the sun comes out. And this goes on for the rest of the day, I guess. So I decided to try a stationary bike training with watching movie and relax for the rest of the day.
I start out 90 rpm with 110 bpm then after 40 minutes I tried a little interval training. I went 120 rpm with 150 bpm for one minutes and thirty seconds, then 3 and half minute rest with 90 rpm with 110 bpm. After about 8 sets of these, I relax with 95 rpm with appr. 110 bpm for 40 minutes. I rode for 120 minutes with 62km (or 40 miles) on the meter of my stationary bike. I sweated a lot. I lost 3 pounds with this exercise.
So with this rain, I have nothing but to sit back and relax so maybe I should go get another movie and beer, after picking up my son and daughter at the station. 😀
