Well, now my 10-hour working days have come back. So no more 40 mile hill training. I go back to my routine, 17 to 20 mile a little hill training (depending on what time I can go to bed the night before) and 10 hour work (a big sigh).
This morning it was a bit cloudy and I can feel “the beginning of fall.” Maybe this is the best season for riding. It is still hot in daytime so maybe gotta wait for some more time.
Here’s my data. Today it was more like a recovery ride (I happen to see a cyclist with a par of bull horns and a disc wheel and he went at 25 mph. I followed him for a while till he went away and for this about a mile, I rode really hard) so it was not much of data.
Totally change the subject, In Japan, the most loved food by guys (many women don’t like them because their original shape remind them something of snakes and in Japan there are many women who don’t like snakes) is eel. It is charbroiled with sweet soy-sauce type of sauce and it is good. Well, don’t be afraid and try when you come to Japan. It is believed to give people extra energy so it is the best food for the cyclists in summer lol. It is also the high ranking food in Japan, maybe comparable to Sushi so good eel is a little expensive, though. And I ate one of the best of the kind, last night.
And had some beer. This was great, too!
Now for something completely different! Work (A big sigh).
