Right now it is 8:00 in the morning here in Japan.
Yesterday, I went for a training ride and rode 110km with climbing over 4000 feet. Today, I decided to do a little recovery ride in the morning. I just concentrated on riding less than at the heart beat of 140 bpm.

Usually I just ride non-stop but today I took time at the top and took a picture.
Now I feel fresh (from yesterday’s extra can of beer) and ready to work (really?) for a day.
